About Us

Created by a professional designer, Carol Pentleton, who understands the challenges of art and design marketing, The Digital Artist provides a compelling web presence, marketing and promotion to artists, designers and artisans around the world. We'll help you make connections with art and design buyers so that you can spend more time doing the work you love.

The Digital Artist provides active marketing and promotional services to our members! Although we are registered with hundreds of search engines, including the most popular ones, such as Yahoo, Lycos and AltaVista, we don't stop there. We actively market your on-line presence to thousands of art and design buyers on a regular basis. Our targeted lists are constantly updated and expanded.

Our growth has been made possible through the efforts of a very talented web developer, Barbara Lahr, owner of Barbara Lahr Software Services LLC. Her outstanding ability, hard work and - especially! - her patience have created a sturdy and graceful framework for expansion and creativity. Many thanks!
